Allergan Biocell Textured Breast Implant Litigation Group
The Litigation Group focuses on Allergan’s textured breast implants and the development of breast-implant associated anaplastic large cell lymphoma (BIA-ALCL). The FDA has issued a recall of Allergan Biocell breast implant due to the BIA-ALCL cases and deaths. The Litigation Group assists members preparing for litigation. The group formed in 2020.
- Meetings: The group meets at AAJ Annual and Winter conventions.
- Membership: The group is limited to AAJ Regular, Life, Sustaining, and President’s Club member only.
- Annual Dues: $150 per member
