Join Litigation GroupIndian law litigation is a growing area for the trial bar. As evidenced by the growing number of tribes filing lawsuits in opioid litigation, it has become necessary for tribes and their counsel to coordinate and share information, strategy, and legal knowledge. The purpose of the Indian Law Litigation Group is to inform and educate group members on Indian law and representing Indian tribes, based on our extensive knowledge and thorough understanding of the legal challenges facing Indian governments.
The American Indian Law Litigation Group was formed in 2018.

- Meetings: The Group meets at AAJ Annual and Winter conventions.
- Membership: The group is limited to Regular, Life, Sustaining, Leader Forum, and President's Club AAJ member plaintiff's counsel only.
- Dues: $150 annually
