Mass Arbitration Litigation Group

Much of the mass arbitration practice happens behind the scenes or in confidence. This lack of visibility hinders the collaborative development of novel strategies for plaintiffs. The Mass Arbitration Litigation Group assists AAJ members who are involved in this rapidly evolving practice by providing a dedicated forum for practitioners to share ideas and resources, strategies, and new legal developments affecting the practice.

Group History:
The Mass Arbitration Litigation Group was formed in the Fall of 2024.

Membership:
The Mass Arbitration Litigation Group is limited to Regular, Sustaining, Life, and President’s Club Members

Dues:
The Mass Arbitration Litigation Group is complimentary to members of the AAJ Class Action Section who can agree to the terms and conditions of membership in the Litigation Group’s Affidavit.
