Rear-end collision on highway

Joshua Priddy was driving on a highway when Amy Bennett, who was driving Trent Culleny’s vehicle, rear-ended Priddy’s vehicle. Priddy suffered permanent injuries, including orthopedic injuries necessitating chiropractic care, pain management, and other treatment. His medical expenses were approximately $428,100.

Priddy sued Bennett and Culleny, alleging negligence.

The jury awarded approximately $1.04 million, plus costs. The award includes $45,000 for past lost income.
